Biography

I have been channeling a group of spirit guides, which could also be referred to as non-physical consciousness, for some time now. When I first started meditating it was solely with the intention of finding an effective method of relaxing and unwinding for the benefit of my own wellbeing. Very quickly I started experiencing a lot of involuntary physical movement in my body, my head would move around as though it were being held and moved and over time I was finding that I was coming out of meditation with a very tight throat. I also began having fascinating internal dialogues with various non-physical entities. These sensations and experiences excited me and I felt compelled to meditate more and more, it was almost like a drug that I couldn't get enough of.

During a particularly difficult period in my life I booked a channeled reading with the highly acclaimed spiritual medium Sheila Gillette, she is the direct voice channel for Theo, a group of twelve Archangels, www.asktheo.com. During my reading, amongst a lot of other very valuable and insightful information, Theo confirmed that I was clairaudient and clairsentient and that the name of my Spirit Guide would be received during meditation when I was least expecting it. Spirit Guides don't really have names but they do acknowledge that for the purpose of identification we find it helpful to attach a name to them. The information received from Theo took my meditation to a whole new level and shortly afterwards I began speaking the information that I was receiving but I still didn’t have a name. Then one day, life was feeling particularly hectic, I decided to lock myself in the bathroom for an emergency meditation to try and restore some calm, I made a very fast strong connection and was told that my Spirit Guide was in fact several non-physical entities that went by the name of CARL.
