A box will open up for you to type your message. To talk to the expert, type in the small box, then hit either the "send" button, or the enter key to send the message. Your message will appear in the chat box. When the expert replies to you, you will see their message. To leave the chat you can either click the "disconnect" button, or close your browser window.

Then, you will be connected to the expert�s profile. You will get a number to call with a pin number for that particular expert.
