What if I forgot my password?
Use the "restore password" form. Use the email address you used in the field during the registration process and you will be sent the information.
How do I change my Password?
After you login, go to your Profile , under "Change your personal information", you can change you password.
How do I find the right Expert to talk to?
Go to the “Our Experts” page. Browse through the categories to find the ones that fit your needs. Once you go to the category of your choice, you can read about the expert on their profiles. You can also see reviews of that particular expert.
How do I pay?
Go to the Add Funds page. Select one of the options to put funds in your account. Select “continue” which will take you to the merchant page, then click “continue to the next page”, which gives you a choice between paying by PayPal, credit card, or bank account information.
How do I video chat with an expert?
System Requirements: Processor: 1Ghz or better, Ram: 128 MB or more 56kbps connection min. supported browsers: Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Netscape Navigator, Opera, Safari , Windows 98/NT/2000/ME/XP; Mac OS X Intel; Linux. Click on the “Video Chat” button and our expert will use a web camera with a microphone. When you enter the chat room, you will be able to see your expert. If you want to hear and speak to your expert, you will need a microphone plugged in and set up on your computer, otherwise, you will have the option of typing your questions to your expert and the expert will be able to type back to you. You can also plug in a webcam and the expert will be able to see you. However, the webcam feature is entirely optional.
What requirements are needed to talk to an Expert via Video Chat?
You will need to have a Flash Player installed on your computer. We recommend that you have a high speed broadband internet connection. You will need speakers in order to hear your expert and a microphone in order to speak back to them. For the expert to see you, you will need a webcam.
How do I choose an Expert?
Read the expert profile and see if you connect with this expert. Do you want to have an expert that reads the Tarot Cards? Look under “Card Reading”. If you want to talk to a coach, look for expert that is strong in a field that you need (relationships, career, etc.)
How do I Phone an Expert?
After choosing your expert, click on the “phone” button and choose the number (U.S.A/Canada or International) then enter your PIN Code.
How do I chat with an expert?
After choosing your expert, click on the chat button, and then start typing.
How do I get in touch with the Expert via Email?
After choosing the expert you wish to email, click on the email button, then write the subject of your email and your email message. You may attach images if you wish. The expert will respond within 24 hours. You may also write an e-mail with your questions and ask the experts to give you an estimate about how much
How do I receive an email?
When you log in on the top right hand corner, there is a middle button designed for emails. The brackets will show the number of unread emails in your account. When you click on this button it will take you to your email history/log. To see any particular email in detail, click on the subject line. Note the estimate, which is the fee requested by the expert to answer your e-mail. It does not appear in the message itself.

What is a Favorite List?
A favorite list contains all of your favorite experts.
To go to Favorites:
1. Login.
2. Click on the top blue “Favorites” button
To Add To Favorites:
If after you experience an Expert, you want to add him/her to your Favorites List,
1. Go to “Experts List”, the blue button on top of the page.
2. Click on the expert you want to add
3. On the right side of the Expert Profile page, there is a heading About under this column there is a link that says: Add To My Favorites List click on it and it will add the expert to your Favorites List.
To Delete an Expert from your Favorites List:
On the Expert Profile page(the expert you want to delete) under the right lower column that says About there will be a line that says :Delete from my favorites list click on it and it will delete this Expert.
How do I Rate an Expert?
On the Expert's Profile page, at the bottom you will find a “Write Comment” section. Underneath this section, there is a drop down menu with star ratings, from 1-5, 5 being the highest rank. Underneath the rating there is space for your comment. Please do not write anything that is derogatory or malicious.
Can I get the transcripts or recordings of my sessions?
On the top right hand side of your profile page there is a blue “Profile” button. Click here and it will take you to your Account Information. On the second line of the table you have Account History, which will give you the date you spoke to an expert, whom you spoke with, whether it was a video chat, live chat, phone call or email, the duration of the transaction, and lastly the transcript or information exchanged during the conversation.
