Experts and members can negotiate and enter into a contract for a service using the Livepsyche.com website. Certain communications (via sound or written) may be recorded and maintained by Livepsyche Entertainment, Inc. Livepsyche Entertainment, Inc. does not screen or edit the content of communications between members and experts, other than to provide the member with a script or a recording of their session.. Such communications are personal and private unless both parties agree to additional distribution, for example by posting questions or services on the Livepsyche Board (described later).
