DOES NOT PERMIT USE OF SERVICES BY RESIDENTS OF ANY JURISDICTION THAT MAY PROHIBIT THESE SERVICES. YOU CERTIFY THAT THE INFORMATION GIVEN TO LIVEPSYCHE ON THE REGISTRATION IS TRUE AND COMPLETE.LIVEPSYCHE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY FALSE STATEMENTS MADE.
This agreement sets forth and contains all of the terms and conditions under which Livepsyche Entertainment, Inc. offers "you" or "Member" access to our services through the website: Livepsyche.com. By clicking the box "I have read and agree to all LivePsyche Member Terms and Conditions", a binding agreement will be executed between you and Livepsyche Entertainment, Inc. You the Member should therefore read this agreement carefully. If, however, you (the Member) do not agree to be bound by this agreement, in such case you will not be able to register as a Member at Livepsyche.com. By registering as a Member and agreeing to the terms and conditions of this agreement, you also are agreeing to the terms of the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this agreement.
These Terms and Conditions may be amended by Livepsyche Entertainment, Inc. at any time to our discretion, by posting the amended Terms on our website. The amended Terms and Conditions will go into effect 30 days from posting. NO WARRANTY, MEMBER UNDERSTANDS AND AGREES THAT:
Livepsyche.com provides a service where you the Member can locate an Expert and ask for a service. Livepsyche.com will enable a Member to negotiate and communicate with Experts and to pay for services provided by such Experts. The services are provided "as-is" and with all faults Livepsyche Entertainment, Inc. assumes no responsibility for availability(or lack thereof), misdeliveries, failures to store any member communications, timeliness (or lack thereof), deletions, or personalized settings.
Livepsyche may delete e-mails, or recordings or accounts, or the information in the accounts, if the account is inactive for more then 60 days. You, the Member are solely responsible for any damage of your data to your computer system, or loss of data that results from downloading data or information or interacting with the aforementioned site.
The services are provided for entertainment purposes only and Livepsyche Entertainment, Inc. its suppliers, and affiliates, disclaim all warranties whatsoever, express or implied, including without limitations any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, or non-infringement and it makes no warranty or representation regarding the results that maybe obtained from the use or from contents of such services, the accuracy or reliability of any content obtained or any goods or services purchased , or any transactions entered into through Livepsyche Entertainment, Inc.'s services.

Livepsyche Entertainment, Inc.does not refer, endorse, recommend, verify, evaluate or guarantee any advice, information, or other services provided by Experts, and nothing shall be considered as a referral, endorsement, recommendation or guarantee of any Expert. Livepsyche Entertainment, Inc. does not warrant the validity, accuracy, completeness, safety, legality, quality, or applicability of the content or anything said or written by its Experts or any advice provided, including any information contained in any Expert Bio.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY:

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL LIVEPSYCHE ENTERTAINMENT, INC., ITS AFFILIATES, AND THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, SHAREHOLDERS, EMPLOYEES, SUB-CONTRACTORS AND AGENTS BE LIABLE TO ANY MEMBER FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF BUSINESS, REVENUE, PROFITS, USE, DATA OR OTHER ECONOMIC ADVANTAGE, CLAIMS FOR DEFAMATION,ERRORS, LOSS OF DATA, OR INTERRUPTION IN AVAILABILITY OF DATA), HOWEVER IT ARISES, WHETHER BASED IN VERBAL AGREEMENT, CONTRACT, TORT, STATUTORY OR OTHER NEGLIGENCE OR OTHER TORTIOUS ACTION, OR LAW ARISING FROM THE SERVICES OR ANY PROVISION OF THIS AGREEMENT. MEMBER ACKNOWLEDGES AND AGREES THAT LIVEPSYCHE ENTERTAINMENT, INC. DISCLAIMS ANY LIABILITY WITH RESPECT TO ANY CLAIM, SUIT OR ACTION BROUGHT BY AN EXPERT IN CONNECTION WITH PAYMENT FOR SERVICES BY THE MEMBER AND MEMBER AGREES TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD LIVEPSYCHE ENTERTAINMENT, INC. HARMLESS IN CONNECTION WITH ANY SUCH CLAIM.
LIVEPSYCHE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ENFORCING ANY AGREEMENT THAT WAS MADE BETWEEN AN EXPERT AND A MEMBER, INCLUDING A MEMBER FEE AGREEMENT. MEMBER WILL BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY AGREEMENT MADE WITH AN EXPERT.
IN THE EVENT OF A DISPUTE REGARDING ANY TRANSACTION CONDUCTED THROUGH LIVEPSYCHE.COM, THE MEMBER HEREBY RELIEVES LIVEPSYCHE ENTERTAINEMENT, INC., ITS AFFILIATES, THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, SHAREHOLDERS, EMPLOYEES, SUB-CONTRACTORS AND AGENTS FROM ALL MANNER OF ACTIONS, CLAIMS OR DEMANDS AND FROM ANY AND ALL LOSSES (DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL), DAMAGES, COSTS OR EXPENSES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, COURT COSTS AND ATTORNEYS' FEES, WHICH MEMBER MAY HAVE AGAINST ONE OR MORE OF THE ABOVE.

IDEMNIFICATION:
You agree to hold harmless, defend, and indemnify Livepsyche Entertainment Inc. and its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, suppliers, consultants and agents from any and all third party claims, liabilities, damages and or costs(including but not limited to, attorneys fees) arising from your use of the web-site or the Services.

However after the one free minute you will be asked to accept the terms that you are going into a paid mode. Once you agreed, we cannot refund your money.
